Scaling iGaming Traffic in LATAM: What Worked in 2026

Brazil's regulated market changed the rules. Here's how we rebuilt our funnels, creatives, and payment flows to keep ROI positive.

When Brazil's new licensing framework went live, a lot of media buyers paused spend and waited to see what would happen. We took the opposite approach: we treated it as a chance to rebuild our LATAM playbook from the ground up.

Compliance became a creative constraint

Every creative now passes a local compliance review before launch. That sounds slow, but it forced our team to focus on clear value propositions instead of aggressive hooks — and conversion rates actually went up.

The operators who win in regulated markets are the ones who stop fighting the rules and start designing around them.

Local payment methods are non-negotiable

Funnels that surfaced PIX in the first deposit step converted 38% better than those that led with cards. Small details in the checkout flow outweighed almost every change we made to the ads themselves.

What's next

We're expanding the same approach into Chile and Peru ahead of their regulatory updates. If you're an operator looking to enter these GEOs, get in touch with our LATAM desk.
